Sectional Door Technology

1. Technical process of sectional door
Door panel system: The interior of the door panel is fill with polyurethane foam material, which has the effect of thermal insulation.
Sealing system: The top and both sides of the guide rails are equipped with EPDM sealing tape, which is fully sealed after closing the door. The door panel interface has sealing rubber to cut off the heat and cold transfer and reduce energy loss.
Balance system: using high-quality spring steel, the surface is anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment, and has achieved 30,000 cycles. The pulley slides and hinges are an important part of the balancing system for light and smooth running.
Control system: imported brand control system, variable frequency intelligent control door opening and closing slowly, more stable and durable. Multiple expansion ports are reserve to meet various customization needs such as interlock linkage, automatic door opening and remote control communication.
Anti-fall system: torsion spring anti-break protection device, when the torsion spring breaks unexpectedly. It will quickly respond and lock, and the falling door body will be force to stop within 20cm. The door body anti-fall protection device prevents the cable from accidentally breaking and the door body falls; the bottom safety anti-pinch device that rebounds in case of resistance.
