Loading dock leveler is designed specifically for warehouses, logistics hubs, and manufacturing plants. It focuses on “precise adaptation + safety and stability” to solve three major pain points of traditional loading and unloading — large height difference between truck compartments and platforms, stuck cargo transfer, and risk of truck rollaway.
It adopts hydraulic drive system, with precise lifting adjustment. It can flexibly adapt to truck compartments of different heights, with a load capacity of 6 to 15 tons, meeting the smooth passage requirements of heavy handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet trucks. The dock leveler lip plate automatically connects to the vehicle compartment, forming a stable transition channel, avoiding the jolting and loss of goods during transportation, and increasing the loading and unloading efficiency of a shipment by more than 40%.
